GPL4ALL is a website that provides a lot of premium products (software) necessary for the development of websites, including WordPress themes and plugins, PHP-scripts, JavaScript, HTML-templates etc. at a lower cost than that the developers.

Can I get updated versions after I'd downloaded an item?

You can download the updated versions as long as you have a valid subscription.

Are the items automatically updated?

Generally, no. The items don’t come with license/purchase code. You have to download the updated versions on our site again for the updates.

Do you provide technical support?

Basically Not. But We provide basic support for installing plugins and themes. If you require technical support regarding a theme or plugin then you will need to either purchase the product directly from the author (a link is provided in the product page) or you will need to hire a freelancer to take a look for you. Alternatively you could ask us for paid help.

An item I downloaded is asking for a license activation code or to Upgrade to Premium. What to do?

We can’t and won’t provide/lease/release/resell license keys. All the products offered in this website are licensed under GNU GPL License. You do not need any license keys to use them in as many of your projects you need. This plugins and themes only require license keys to get automatic updates or support from their authors.

How do I upgrade a WP theme?

Download the latest .zip file for the theme.
Log into your WordPress website.
Go to Appearance → Themes.
Click the “Add New” button at the top of the page.
Click the “Upload Theme” button at the top of the page.
Select the .zip file with the updated version of the theme.
Click the “Install Now” button.

How do I upgrade a WP plugin?

Download the latest .zip file for the plugin.
Log into your WordPress website.
Go to Plugins → Add New.
Click the “Upload Plugin” button at the top of the page.
Select the .zip file with the updated version of the plugin.
